Straight to the people
who decide at brands.

Instead of writing to a shared inbox, you send a Connect request to the brand or to a contact person from its team — with one click, and with a short message if you like. Once the other side accepts, you can message each other.

How it works

How to start a conversation with a brand.

Connect works like a professional network: first the request, after acceptance the conversation.

1. Find a brand or contact person

The brand directory shows brands and agencies with a public profile. In your creator area, under “Contacts”, you search for brands, agencies and creators — by role, name or country.

2. Send a request

One click on “Connect” sends your request, with a short message if you like. The other side sees your name, your role and your profile.

3. Wait for the decision

The request stays open until the other side accepts or declines; you can withdraw it at any time. After a decline, a new request to the same contact is only possible after a waiting period.

4. Message and work together

Acceptance creates your own conversation thread. If it turns into an order, it runs as a normal booking — with brief, payment protection and credit note.

Rules

The brand decides who can reach it.

That is not a drawback but the reason requests get read: the brand only receives the requests it wants.

The brand's contact filter

Every brand sets whether it wants requests from everyone, from no one, or only from creators who match its filter — for example by platform, niche, country or minimum reach. If you don't match, the request can't be sent.

Contact people from the team

Brands can show people from their team on the brand page. Each person decides whether creators may contact them directly; otherwise you get in touch through the brand.

Roles are visible

Every card shows whether it belongs to a creator, a brand, an agency or a talent management agency. So you know who you're talking to.

The same right for you

In your creator area, under “Who may contact me”, you also decide who can send you requests.

Requirements

What you need to connect.

For the first contact you need neither prices nor a payout account — but a profile the brand can look at.

A complete profile

Before replying, the other side looks at your profile. That's why creatordeal checks before sending whether your profile is complete — such as profile picture, country, languages and at least one channel — and tells you exactly which points are still missing.

A monthly allowance

New requests and new conversations are limited per month: the free plan includes an allowance, a paid plan includes more. Replying to messages is always free.

No order, no bank details

Connecting is a conversation, not an order. Anything to do with money only comes when something is actually booked.

Tips

Requests that are likely to be accepted.

Whether a brand accepts is its decision alone. These points make it easier, though.

Say why in one sentence

Use the optional message for context: which product, which audience, which idea. One sentence with context says more than a long text without it.

Show what you can do

Work samples, reach and audience on your profile answer the brand's questions before they are asked. Stay honest — brands compare.

No price in the first contact

Money only comes with a booking. When it gets concrete, the brand requests your package or posts a collaboration — then with payment protection.

Open collaborations first

If a brand currently has an open collaboration, applying is often the more direct route. In the brand directory you can filter for brands with open collaborations.

Connecting is non-binding
A Connect request is neither an offer nor an obligation — for either side. Anything to do with money only begins with a booking.
Questions

Common questions about contacting brands.

Short and without small print.

Can I message brands directly as a creator?

Yes, with Connect: you send a request, with a short message if you like. As soon as the brand accepts, you can message each other. Before that, there are no messages.

Who sees my request?

The brand or the contact person you send it to. They see your name, your role and your profile. Whether you can send a request depends on the brand's contact filter.

What happens if the brand declines?

Then no connection is created. A new request to the same contact is only possible after a waiting period.

Does Connect cost anything?

Connect is included in every plan. On the free plan, the number of new requests and new conversations per month is limited; replying is always free.

Where do I find a brand's contact people?

On the brand page, if the brand shows its team publicly. Each person decides whether creators may contact them directly or whether the route goes through the brand.

Is a Connect request already an order?

No. Connect is a first contact without price, date or obligation. An order only comes about when the brand books you or accepts your application for a collaboration.
