For creators · Brand deals

Collaborations directly with brands.
No agency, at your prices.

On creatordeal you work directly with the brand: it books your package, you apply for its collaboration, or you submit an offer on its open call. You set the price, and payment runs through the platform — the brand pays upfront, you get your money after approval.

Three routes

How brand deals come about on creatordeal.

You don't have to wait for someone to message you, and you don't have to cold-pitch brands. There are three routes — and all of them end in the same booking with payment protection.

Brands book your package

You create packages at a fixed price, such as a reel, a TikTok video or a UGC video. Brands find you in the creator search, on your bio page or on the niche pages and send a request with a brief. You accept, make a counter-offer or decline.

You apply on the listings board

Brands publish collaborations with deliverable, platforms, pay, spots, usage rights and application deadline. If one suits you, you apply from your creator area with a short form: channel, price and, if you like, a message.

You submit offers on open calls

When a brand posts an open call for a campaign, matching creators receive a notification in the creator area and an email. With a fixed price you apply at that price; otherwise you name your own. The brand sees your profile and decides.

How it works

From profile to paid collaboration — step by step.

Whichever route the brand takes: from acceptance onwards, every collaboration runs the same way.

1. Create your profile and packages

Connect your channels, state your niches and audience, show work samples and create packages with prices. For every package we suggest a typical market price, which you can change freely.

2. Request, application or offer

A brand sends a request, or you apply. Deliverable, preferred date and usage rights are in the brief — that is the basis of the order.

3. You accept, then the brand pays

Only after you accept does the brand pay the amount to creatordeal. So you don't start before the money is there.

4. Deliver and get approval

You deliver within the order; for packages with publication, you send a preview first. The brand approves or asks for a change; the number of change requests is limited.

5. Payout with a credit note

After approval the payout is triggered, and you receive a credit note instead of writing an invoice yourself. If the brand doesn't respond, the delivery counts as approved after the approval period.

Without an agency

What stays in your hands when you work directly with brands.

An agency can make sense — but on creatordeal it is not a requirement. You can decide these things on your own.

You set the price

Fixed prices for your packages, your own prices for custom requests and applications. Nobody books you without your acceptance, and declining costs nothing.

Everything in one place

Brief, order chat, files, delivery and approval are attached to the booking. If there is a dispute, the history is documented, and creatordeal decides based on brief, chat and delivery.

No chasing payments

The brand pays creatordeal, not you directly. You don't write payment reminders, and the credit note goes straight into your accounts.

An agency, if you want one

If you'd like to be managed, an agency on creatordeal can support you. Its commission is paid by creatordeal — nothing extra is deducted from your payout.

What to look out for

You spot a good deal before you accept.

What has been agreed is in the brief or in the collaboration details. Read it before you accept — after that, it is the order.

Usage rights

May the brand only share your video, or also run it as an ad — and for how long? That is part of the price. More on the topic page about usage rights.

Non-compete and dates

Some collaborations require you not to work for competitors for a while, or give a date for publication. Both are in the collaboration details.

Product samples

If the brand sends you a product, its value is recorded in the booking. If you don't deliver, you return the goods or replace their value.

Ad disclosure

You label paid posts as advertising. How that works on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube is explained on our topic page about ad disclosure.

Money secured until approval
The brand pays creatordeal before you start. The money stays with us until it has approved your delivery — then it is paid out to you.
Questions

Common questions about brand deals.

Short and without small print.

Do I need an agency for brand deals?

No. You can work with brands on your own and decide everything yourself. If you want, an agency on creatordeal can manage you; its commission is paid by creatordeal, not by you.

What does creatordeal cost me?

Profile, bio page and packages are free, and there is no listing fee. Only when you receive a payout does creatordeal keep a commission; the rate is shown in the creator area and on every credit note.

What is the difference between the listings board and an open call?

The listings board shows public collaborations that you can view even without an account; you apply from the creator area. An open call goes to the creators who match the brand's requirements — they receive a notification and submit their offer in the creator area. In both cases the brand decides.

Can I negotiate the price?

For a request on your package, you can make a counter-offer. For an application on the listings board, the brand can propose a counter-price, which you accept or answer with a new price. Open calls deliberately have no negotiation round: you name your price, the brand accepts or declines.

Do I have to accept every request?

No. Declining is free at any time and needs no reason. If you don't reply within the response period, the request expires on its own.

Do I need a lot of followers?

Not necessarily. For UGC, the material counts, not the follower count: brands book videos or photos for their own use. Collaborations can, however, set requirements such as a minimum reach — you see them before you apply.
