Campaigns for your clients — cleanly separated.
Book on behalf of your clients, keep invoices apart and keep every campaign in view.
Manage clients
Separate client addresses with VAT ID. When booking, you choose who it's for — the invoice goes to the client.
Bundle campaigns
Several creators in one request, one campaign name, one payment. The progress of every item at a glance.
Invoices under control
The invoice sits with whoever pays — in your account or your client's, cleanly separated.
How a campaign for your client runs.
Four steps from client address to invoice — all in your account, nothing back and forth by email.
Set up clients
You set up your client as a billing address with VAT ID — once, after that you simply select them with every booking.
Select creators, choose client
Find the right creators and choose in the checkout which client you're booking for. The order carries your client's name and VAT ID.
Name the campaign, approve, pay once
You give the campaign a name, the creators accept, you approve the invoice — then ONE payment follows for all items: by credit card, bank transfer (prepayment) or on invoice. You pay yourself, or your client pays directly.
Review, approve, invoices
You review the deliveries and approve. The invoice sits with whoever pays: if you pay, it's in your account; if your client pays, it's in theirs.
How you become an agency.
Every agency has a creator account at creatordeal. That's where you submit the application — the rest takes just one confirmation.
Create a creator account
If you don't have one yet: create an account in the creator dashboard. There you'll find the "Agency" section and submit the application.
Confirmation by creatordeal
We review the application and activate you. You'll then see your terms directly in your account.
Set up clients and get going
Set up your clients' billing addresses, select creators, start your first campaign.
What your clients expect from you — built in.
Four things you no longer have to explain to your clients, because the platform takes care of them.
Payment protection on every booking
The money stays with creatordeal until approval. The creator is only paid after sign-off — your client never pays into thin air.
Brief as contract
Description, preferred date, usage rights and attachments become the subject of the contract — and the first message in the order chat.
Invoice from Austria
VAT ID check in the checkout, reverse charge for EU businesses, campaign name on the invoice. On request it's made out to your client.
Chats and files in Europe
Briefs, messages and delivered files go through our own system. In a dispute, everything is documented.
Frequently asked questions from agencies.
Short and without small print. Anything missing here, we'll sort out in the chat.
What do I need to book as an agency?
A creator account at creatordeal and a confirmed agency application. You submit the application in the creator dashboard under "Agency". After confirmation you set up your clients as billing addresses.
Can my client pay directly?
Yes. You book and approve the invoice, your client pays with their billing address — by credit card, bank transfer (prepayment) or on invoice. Or you pay yourself, in which case everything runs through your account.
Who is the invoice made out to?
To the client you selected in the checkout — with their name and VAT ID. If you don't select a client, it's made out to your agency.
Where is the invoice stored?
With whoever pays. If you pay for the campaign, the invoice is stored as a PDF in your account. If your client pays directly, it's made out to them and stored in their account.
How many clients can I set up?
Up to 50 billing addresses with VAT ID. Each address is a client you can book for; you see the bookings grouped by client.
Can I book several creators in one request?
Yes. Several creators in one request are grouped as a campaign: one campaign name, one progress bar, ONE payment for everyone who has accepted. The name appears on the invoice later.
Who approves the delivery?
You as the agency review the delivery and approve — or request a revision. The creator is only paid after approval.
What happens with a complaint?
You report a problem on the booking. The operator gets access to exactly this chat, both sides are informed, and the decision — refund or approval — comes by email.
Does agency access cost anything?
No, agency access is free. As for every brand, a service fee of 10% on the net price applies to bookings; it's shown in the checkout.
Does contact with the creator go through me or my client?
Through you. The order chat is attached to the booking in your account; your client receives the invoice and — if they pay directly — the payment step.
Ready for your first campaign?
Submit the application in the creator dashboard. After confirmation you set up your clients and start booking.
