How your money reaches you.
Every booking follows the same pattern: the brand pays before you start. We hold the money until the brand has approved your delivery. Then we pay out to you.
Payment protection: payment before you start
As soon as you've accepted, the brand pays the full amount to creatordeal. You never work into the unknown — the money is there before you deliver the first file.
Payout after approval, via Stripe
Once the brand approves your delivery, the payout to your Stripe account is triggered. You set up the Stripe account once in the creator area.
You don't write invoices
We work with self-billing: creatordeal issues a self-billing credit note for every payout, showing net amount, service fee and payout amount. You file it in your accounts.
Verify once, never again
Before the first payout we verify your identity: ID card or passport plus proof of address, for companies the commercial register extract. Only we see the documents. Once confirmed, it applies permanently.
Commission per payout
Profile, bio page and packages cost nothing. From every payout we retain a 15% commission — it's shown on the self-billing credit note, no invoice follows.
Add-ons and revisions
If the brand wants more than agreed, you issue an add-on with a price — the brand pays it upfront before you continue. Revisions to delivered work are limited in number, so a booking never turns into an endless loop.
Posts in two steps
For packages with publication, you deliver the preview first. Only once the brand has approved it do you publish and enter the live link. That way nothing goes online that hasn't been signed off.

Stripe account and ID
For payouts you need a Stripe account — you set it up in the creator area. Before the first payout you show us your ID and proof of address once.

Does creatordeal cost me anything?
No — profile, bio page and packages are free, there's no basic fee and no subscription. Only when you receive a payout do we retain a 15% commission; the amount is shown on every self-billing credit note.
Who sets the price?
You do. For every package we suggest a price in line with the market, which you can change freely. For custom requests you name your own price, and the brand accepts or not.
What is a custom quote?
A request without a fixed package: the brand describes what it needs, and you reply with a price and a description of the work. If the brand accepts, your line items become the subject of the contract. Every creator has this option automatically.
When do I get my money?
After approval by the brand. The brand pays creatordeal upfront, we hold the money until it has signed off your delivery, then the payout to your Stripe account is triggered. If the brand doesn't respond, the delivery counts as approved after an approval period.
Do I have to write invoices?
No. Under the self-billing procedure, creatordeal issues a self-billing credit note for every payout, showing net amount, commission and payout amount. You enter your tax status (small business, VAT-registered, EU VAT ID) once in your settings.
What happens in a dispute?
The brand can report a problem; the operator then looks at this one order — brief, chat and delivery — and decides. Until then the money stays with us. Because everything runs in the order chat, the history is documented.
Can I decline requests?
Yes, at any time and free of charge. Nobody books you without your acceptance. Every request waits a response period for your decision; if you don't reply, it expires by itself.
How does the bio page with legal notice work?
You get a page at creatordeal.eu/yourname that you link in your Instagram, TikTok or YouTube bio. It shows your packages, work samples and a request button; you enter the legal notice once, as an individual or a company, and it has its own tab. You can show or hide prices with a switch.
Which languages is the creator area available in?
The interface of your creator area is available in over 30 languages, from German and English to Japanese. With brands you write in the order chat in whichever language you both understand.
Is there a holiday mode?
Yes. In holiday mode you disappear from search, while your profile and bio page remain in place. Ongoing orders and the chat stay accessible; switch back and you're immediately findable again.
