Pricing
No subscription, no listing fees, no minimum spend. We earn when a booking happens — and only then. Three sides sit at every booking, and each of them pays something different.

The creator’s price is a net price
Whatever a creator has on their package is the net amount for their work. Our service fee of 10% is added on top, and VAT applies to the sum of the two. Your cart shows every one of those lines separately, and so does the last screen before you pay — nothing appears for the first time on the invoice. The rate can be adjusted depending on volume and membership (Premium, for example) — what counts is what is shown to you before you pay.
VAT follows your billing address
Not the creator’s location. Billing address in Austria: 20% VAT. A company in another EU country with a valid VAT ID: reverse charge — we invoice net and you owe the tax in your own country. Inside the EU without a valid VAT ID, Austrian VAT is charged; outside the EU no EU VAT applies. VAT always covers both parts: the creator’s work and the service fee.
Usage rights cost extra — depending on how far they go
The creator posting on their own channel is always included — and so is organic use on your own channels (profiles, website, newsletter), at no extra cost and with no time limit, unless agreed otherwise. Anything you may do with the material beyond that is a surcharge on the net price of their work. Type, term and category exclusivity add up and appear as their own line items in the booking.
Add-ons
If something comes up during the job — an extra format, wider rights, a longer term — the creator sends you an add-on. You see the amount, the service fee and the tax broken down exactly as in the first booking, and you have to accept it; nothing happens and nothing is charged without your yes.
Credit and repayment
Anything refunded arrives as credit in your account first — no deduction, free of charge. It is applied automatically to your next purchase. If you would rather have the money paid out, creatordeal retains the repayment fee of 3% + €0.25, because transferring the money back costs us.
Ways to pay
Card payment, bank transfer in advance, and any credit you hold. With a transfer the booking only starts once the money has arrived — allow one or two business days. Credit is always used first; if anything is left over, you pay it by card or transfer.
One invoice, available in your account
You get a single invoice from us for the whole booking, however many creators are involved — we buy the work from the creator and sell it on to you. Invoices, add-on invoices and credit notes are in your account under “Invoices”, ready to download.

These are the operator’s default rates. Every creator may set their own and exclude individual levels entirely — what applies to them is shown on their package before you book. Organic use is included at no extra cost, unless agreed otherwise; its term is selectable — 30 days are included, longer terms cost the same surcharge as paid ads. A full buyout is unlimited anyway. The term starts when you approve the delivery, not when you pay.

The commission comes off the net price
We keep a commission from the net amount you have on your package — nothing is ever billed to you separately. The rate that applies is shown in your creator area and in the creator agreement.
Payout after approval
As soon as the brand approves the delivery — or the review window runs out without a reply — your payout is triggered and transferred to your account via Stripe. That requires a fully set up Stripe account including identity verification; without it the amount stays reserved for you and is paid out once it is in order.
You do not write an invoice
We buy your work and sell it on to the brand, so we settle by self-billing: creatordeal produces the statement for your work — the credit note — and makes it available to you. Keep your tax status up to date (small-business scheme, VAT ID), otherwise the tax on that credit note will be wrong.
You set your own rights rates
The surcharges for paid ads, whitelisting, full buyout, term and exclusivity are yours to set, and you can exclude individual levels entirely. The rates opposite are only the default for everyone who has not set their own.

You get a share of what we earn
For every booking that comes about through you, you receive a share of what creatordeal earns on it — that is the brand’s service fee plus the creator’s commission. The brand’s price does not change because of it, and nothing extra is deducted from the creator. We tell you your share in your agency area once you are approved; it is a voluntary benefit from creatordeal and does not create a legal entitlement.
Settled month by month
Only what has been paid for and approved by the brand counts towards commission. Your panel shows the statement month by month; the current month is visible but can only be claimed once it is over. We check the statement and release it.
Two ways to get paid
Either we issue you a credit note — then you write nothing yourself — or you send your own invoice to the address shown in the panel. If you are in the EU outside Austria with a verified VAT ID, it runs as reverse charge, so net.
What goes back reduces the commission
A cancellation or a full refund means no commission; a partial refund reduces the item accordingly. If that happens after a claim has already been released, the old claim is not changed retroactively — the next statement carries a negative item referring back to it.
