You book creators on behalf of your clients, manage the campaigns in one place and receive a commission on the platform earnings — paid by creatordeal, not by the creator.

An agency’s commission comes out of the share creatordeal earns on a booking. It does not come off the creator’s fee, and it does not increase the price for your client. Only bookings that have been paid and completed qualify for commission, grouped by the month in which they were completed. If a booking is cancelled or refunded, it drops out.

You add your clients as billing addresses and book in their name. Several creators in one request become a campaign with one name, one progress view and one payment. You run the order chat; you deliver the campaign report to your client. What you need is a creator account and an approved agency application.

Billing does not happen automatically, but when you start it: you see your completed months and request the commission. creatordeal checks the statement and approves it. After that it runs, depending on what has been agreed, either through a credit note that we issue or through an invoice that you upload. Payment goes to your payout account.

What is often called a “white-label invoice” we solve through the billing address: the invoice for a campaign can be made out to your client, with their VAT ID and the campaign name. If you pay yourself, it sits in your account; if your client pays, it sits in theirs. In both cases it is issued by creatordeal from Austria.

A creator account and an approved agency application. You submit the application in the creator area; once it is approved, you add your clients as billing addresses.

The rate is agreed when your access is activated and only becomes visible in your area after that. The platform’s public rates are on the pricing page.
