If something about the delivery is not right, you first ask for a change. The creator revises it without the matter becoming a case. The number of revision requests is limited so that a booking does not turn into an endless loop. Only when that leads nowhere does it become a complaint — and that goes to the operator, not to an anonymous ticket system.

For as long as a case is running, the payout to the creator is held — the money is still there. If the decision goes in the brand’s favour, the amount comes back as credit in the account, with nothing deducted, and is applied first on the next booking. A decision by creatordeal is not an arbitration award; the legal route remains open to both sides.
Creator 不交付：期限與失效
Every step has a deadline. A request the creator does not answer within the response deadline expires by itself and is refunded in full. If a creator cannot provide work they have agreed to, the booking is unwound. Conversely, the delivery counts as approved once the approval period has passed if the brand does not get in touch.
