給 Creator 的提領與 KYC 身份驗證
You are paid through your Stripe account as soon as the brand has approved your delivery. Before that we verify your identity once — after that, every further payout runs without new documents.
透過你的 Stripe 帳戶提領
The brand pays creatordeal upfront. Once it approves your delivery, the payout to your Stripe account is triggered — you set that account up once in the creator area. If the brand does not respond after your delivery, an approval period runs; after that the delivery counts as approved and the payout is triggered as well. Fees charged by your own bank are yours to carry.
KYC：第一次提領前的身份驗證
Once, before your first payout, we want to know who you are: ID card or passport, proof of address and, for companies, proof of the company. You also choose whether you bill as a private individual or as a company. Only we see the documents; the legally required anti-money-laundering check is handled by our payment provider. Once confirmed, the check applies permanently.

Your tax number is mandatory — without it we cannot produce a billing document. A VAT ID is optional; if you provide one, we verify it automatically. Whether you bill under the small-business VAT exemption or are VAT-registered is something you set once in your settings. How you are classified is decided neither by you nor by us, but by your tax office — if in doubt, ask your tax adviser.
結算單取代你自己開發票
You do not write an invoice to us. We settle under the self-billing procedure: creatordeal issues a credit note for every payout, showing your net amount, the commission and the payout amount. You expressly agree to this procedure when you register. The credit notes are available as PDFs in your creator area and go straight into your bookkeeping.

身為 Creator，我什麼時候拿到錢？
After the brand’s approval. Until then the amount is held by creatordeal. If the approval never comes, the delivery counts as accepted once the approval period has passed and the payout runs anyway.
驗證需要哪些證件？
ID card or passport and proof of address, plus proof of the company if you bill as one. On top of that your tax number, and a VAT ID only if you have one.
身為 Creator，我需要自己開發票嗎？
No. creatordeal issues the credit note for every payout. You do not have to produce anything yourself or send us anything.
我的提領會被扣掉哪些費用？
The commission set out in the creator agreement — it is shown on every credit note. Outstanding amounts, such as a product sample that was never sent back, can be offset against it. All rates are on the pricing page.
