What creators ask us.

Is creatordeal free for creators?

Profile, bio page and packages are free, and there is no listing fee. Only when you receive a payout does creatordeal keep a commission; the rate is shown in the creator area and on every credit note.

Do I need an agency to work with brands?

No. You can work on your own and decide everything yourself. If you like, an agency on creatordeal can manage you — its commission is then paid by creatordeal, not by you.

How do I find collaborations as a creator?

Brands find you in the creator search and through your bio page. On top of that, you apply for collaborations on the listings board, submit offers on open calls or connect with brands directly.

Can I contact brands directly?

Yes, with Connect: you send a request to the brand or to a contact person from its team. Once the other side accepts, you can message each other. The brand decides with its contact filter who can send it requests.

When do I get my money?

After the brand approves. The brand pays creatordeal upfront, and we hold the money until it has accepted your delivery. If it doesn't respond, the delivery counts as approved after an approval period.
