Definition

What creator management means on creatordeal.

Two kinds of agency with two different jobs.

Management agency: represents creators

It works on the creator's side. It accepts or declines requests on their behalf, makes offers and counter-offers, maintains packages, prices and delivery times, and delivers.

Advertising agency: books for clients

It works on the brand's side and books creators on behalf of its clients, with the clients as billing addresses. The agency access is designed for that.

The profile stays the creator's

Brands still see the creator's profile and book their packages. When someone from the agency writes in the order chat, the message shows the name of the creator, the agency and the person.

For creators

Find and bring in a management agency.

You grant the access — and you can take it back.

Find an agency

The agency directory lists management agencies that choose to be listed, marked as management agencies. If you already work with an agency, it only needs an account on creatordeal.

Invite or be invited

In the creator area under “Team” you invite your management agency by email — or accept an agency's invitation. An invitation is valid for a limited time and can be used once.

Visibility and notifications

You decide whether requests and negotiations are visible to you or run through the agency only, and who receives the order emails. From payment onwards you see every order in any case.

End the access

You end the access with one click; all of the agency's sessions for your profile end at the same moment. Orders in progress are not affected.

Limits

What the agency may do — and what stays with the creator.

The limit is built into the system and written into both the creator agreement and the management agreement.

What the agency takes over

Accepting and declining requests, offers and counter-offers, writing in the order chat, maintaining packages, prices and delivery times, delivering and adding extras.

What stays with the creator

Payout account and payment details, identity and verification documents, deleting or renaming the profile, managing the team, plan and subscription, and consent to the creator agreement.

Payout to the agency only on instruction

The creator can direct that their remuneration is paid to the agency; only they give and revoke this instruction. It requires creatordeal to have checked and approved the agency's payout details.

What the two agree between themselves

Share, forwarding of payments and all other arrangements between agency and creator are settled by the two of them. creatordeal is not involved, and the agency's own fee does not run through creatordeal.

For agencies

Start as a management agency.

One account for the whole agency, a separate login for each employee.

1. Create an account

Create a separate account for the agency. An account with its own creator profile or its own bookings cannot be repurposed.

2. Register as management

In the creator area under “Team” you enter the agency name and company details, plus a VAT ID if you have one. creatordeal checks the details and approves you.

3. Invite creators

Invite your creators by email. Once they confirm, their profile appears in your selection; your employees work in it with their own login — only for selected creators, if you wish.

Start for free

You start for free. How many creators can be in your account at the same time depends on your plan; the plans are on the “Become a management agency” page.

A legal text for each side.
For the agency the management agreement applies: authority, duties when managing creators, payout, forwarding of payments and liability. For the creator the creator agreement applies; it describes the authority they give the agency.
Questions

Frequently asked questions about creator management.

Short answers. The details are in the two agreements.

What is creator management?

A management agency looking after a creator: answering requests, negotiating prices, maintaining packages, delivering. On creatordeal this happens within the creator's profile, through access the creator grants personally.

How do I find a management agency as a creator?

In the agency directory, management agencies are marked if they choose to be listed there. If you already have an agency, invite it by email in the creator area under “Team”; it needs an account on creatordeal for that.

Can the agency get to my money?

Not to your payout account or payment details — that is technically blocked. Payouts go to the agency only if you decide so yourself and creatordeal has checked the agency's details.

Can I end the access again?

Yes, at any time with one click. All of the agency's sessions for your profile end immediately; orders in progress are not affected.

What does it cost to work as a management agency on creatordeal?

The agency starts for free; how many creators it can look after at the same time depends on its plan. What agency and creator charge each other is agreed between them — it does not run through creatordeal.

Is this the same as an agency that books creators?

No. An advertising agency books creators on behalf of its clients and is on the brand's side. A management agency represents creators and is on their side. creatordeal has a separate path for each.
