Guide for agencies
As an agency you book creators on behalf of your clients. This guide walks the whole way through once: getting approved, taking on clients, starting a campaign, booking, handing in the report and settling your commission. The screenshots come from the live system.

At creatordeal an agency has two sides: a seller account in the creator panel — that is where settlement happens — and a customer account in the shop, which you use to book for your clients. The two are linked once and then approved by the operator.
Step 1.1
What an agency may do here
The public page "For agencies" explains the model and leads to registration. You book where your clients already are, keep the invoices separate, and receive a share of what creatordeal earns on the booking you brokered.

Step 1.2
Apply and get approved
In your customer account, under "Become an agency", you enter the e-mail address of your seller account and submit the application. The operator reviews it and sets your share. After that the same page says "You are an agency" — and your clients appear below.

2. Managing clients
A client appears in your list as soon as they have authorised you — they add you in their account under "My agencies" — or as soon as you have created a booking for them. They can withdraw the authorisation at any time.
Step 2.1
Your client list
Under "Manage clients" you see every brand you may book for, together with its e-mail address. Each row leads to that client's bookings.

Step 2.2
Starting a campaign for a client
Before the first booking you give the campaign a name — "Autumn campaign", for example. Everything you book afterwards belongs to that campaign; the client later finds all creators of a campaign in one place.

3. Booking on behalf of a client
While a campaign is running you are booking for that client. The bar above every shop page tells you at any moment who that is — so that nothing ends up on your own account by accident.
Step 3.1
The bar shows who you are booking for
At the top it either says "You are booking for yourself" or names the running campaign and the client. "Switch" takes you to another client or back to yourself.

Step 3.2
Checkout names the client
The block "This booking is for" takes client and campaign from the bar — and still lets you change them here. The invoice goes to the address selected below.

Step 3.3
Keeping an eye on campaigns
Under "Campaigns" you see, per campaign, every booking, its state and the documents. From here usage rights can be extended later without hunting for the single booking.

4. Handing in the campaign report
Agency packages do not deliver a link or a file but a report. The report is the delivery: only when the client accepts it — or the review period runs out — is your work released.
Step 4.1
Writing the report
In the order, the campaign report takes the place of the delivery field: what happened, what it achieved, what you recommend. You may attach a file — analysis, screenshots, a presentation — but you do not have to. creatordeal attaches the list of brokered creator bookings on its own.

Step 4.2
This is how the client sees it
For the client the report sits in their request, with the date and the list of brokered bookings. There is no revision round here: the client either accepts or reports a problem.

5. Settling commission
For campaigns you broker you receive a share of what creatordeal earns on the booking — the brand's service fee and the creator's commission. What counts is what has been paid and released by the brand.
Step 5.1
Overview in your customer account
In the "Agency" area you see the current month, the closed months and the state of your claims — plus your rate and the agreed route: a credit note from us or an invoice from you.

Step 5.2
Claiming in the creator panel
Claims are made in the panel under "Agency". That is also where your tax details live — VAT number, country, small-business switch — which end up on the credit note. After the claim the operator checks the statement and releases it.
