As a management agency you accept requests for your creators, negotiate prices, write in the chat, maintain packages and deliver — all in one account, for all your creators. The creator keeps what is theirs: their money, their documents, their contract.
How you become a management agency
One account for your whole agency — with a separate login for every employee.
1. Create an account
Create a separate creatordeal account for your agency. Use a fresh one: an account that already has its own creator profile or its own bookings cannot be converted.
2. Register as management
In the creator area under “Team” you enter the agency name, company details and VAT ID. We check the details and approve you.
3. Invite creators
Invite your creators by email — or let them invite you. After confirmation their shop appears in your shop switcher, and your employees work in it with their own logins.

The boundary is more than an agreement: it is built into the system and written into the creator agreement.

Who sees what, who gets the mail
Two switches the creator sets — and that you can see in their shop.
Visibility of requests
Either creator and agency both see everything, or requests and the negotiation run through you alone. From the moment a booking is paid the creator sees the order in any case — they do the work.
Notifications
The order emails go to the creator, to you, or to both. Personal mail — password, verification, approval — always goes to the creator alone.
Name in the chat
When one of your employees writes, the message carries “Creator · agency name — employee name”. The customer still sees the creator profile and enters the contract with them.
Access can be ended at any time
The creator can end the access with one click; all sessions of your agency for their shop end in the same moment. Running orders are not affected. This is written into the creator agreement, section “Representation by a management agency”.
