Refer creators and earn: the referral program

With the creatordeal referral program, you invite other creators with your personal code or link. The creators you refer get free Pro time, and you receive a share of what creatordeal earns on their orders — not of their revenue and not at their expense.

How a referral program for creators works

A referral program rewards you for recommending a service. You get a personal invite code or link. When someone signs up with it, they’re assigned to you as a referral. Depending on the program, both sides get something: the newcomer a head start, you a reward. Before you promote such a program, it’s worth checking the terms. What exactly is the reward for, how long does the attribution last, when is it paid out, and what happens with cancellations? Reputable programs answer these questions openly and in writing.

The creatordeal referral program

creatordeal can offer a referral program. When it’s switched on, you’ll find your personal discount code and a referral link in the creator area. Your bio page also gets its own item for it, labeled as an affiliate link because you earn from it. You can deactivate the item and your participation at any time; as long as the program exists, the item can be hidden but not deleted. The exact terms are in the creator agreement. The rates and durations that apply when a referred creator signs up are locked in for that referral and don’t change afterward.

What new creators get with your invite code

When a new creator signs up with your code or through your link, they get free Pro time as a voucher. That lets them use the extended features of the bio page from the start, such as more items in the Shop tab, their own design and more detailed stats. The code has to be redeemed at or shortly after sign-up. Each account can have at most one referrer, and redeeming your own code isn’t allowed. The code costs the referred creator nothing, and it doesn’t reduce their own earnings.

What you earn as a referrer

As a referrer, you receive a share of the commission creatordeal actually takes in from the referred creator’s orders, for a limited period starting from their sign-up. The basis is solely creatordeal’s commission — not the referred creator’s revenue and not the brand’s service fee. Your share only comes about once an order has been paid and approved. If a booking is refunded or the payment fails, it’s canceled. The current rates and durations are in the creator agreement and in the creator area.

Overview and payout

You can see what adds up in the creator area. Your shares become due at the end of the month in which the respective order was approved. You request the payout yourself once the displayed minimum amount is reached. It goes through the same channel as the rest of your pay and may be reviewed before it’s sent. To protect the creators you referred, you only see them under a neutral ID, not by name. Remember that this income is taxable too — how, you clarify with the tax office or your tax advisor.

Refer fairly

A recommendation only works if it’s honest. Explain in your own words what creatordeal is for you and who it’s a good fit for, instead of promising big earnings. Make it clear that you earn from the referral — on your bio page this happens through the affiliate link label; in posts and Stories, you disclose it yourself. Self-referrals, fake or artificially generated sign-ups and manipulated orders are not allowed. In such cases there’s no entitlement, and creatordeal can cancel the affected credits and end your participation.
