Creators vinden in plaats van aanschrijven
Search filters by platform, niche, country, language, reach and price. Every profile shows channels, engagement rate, audience by age, gender and country, plus work samples. Wishlists collect candidates and can be shared with colleagues.

Micro-influencers often bring the higher engagement rate at the lower price, large channels bring the reach. Because both show the same figures, you can compare rather than guess. In a campaign you can also book several creators at once.
UGC-content kopen — zonder publicatie
Not every booking needs a post. With UGC you get videos and photos for your own use in ads, in your shop or in your newsletter; the creator publishes nothing on their channel. The scope of that use is set out in the brief and paid for with it.
De briefing is het contract
You describe the work, preferred date, usage rights and product samples in one form. What it says there is the agreed work — approval is measured against it later, and that is what the operator looks at if there is a dispute. Questions run in the order chat and stay part of the file.
Individueel aanbod en tegenbod
If no package fits, you request a custom quote from any creator: you describe what you need, the creator names a price and a description of the work. A counter-offer can also come back on a package. If you accept, the line items become the subject of the contract.
Oproep: creators melden zich bij jou aan
Instead of asking one by one, you post your campaign as an listing: the work, the brief, a price or price range and the audience. Suitable creators apply, you compare and award. On an listing with a fixed price, the order goes to whoever accepts first.
Betalingsbescherming: het geld blijft bij ons
Payment is only taken once the creator has accepted. The amount is held by creatordeal until you have approved the delivery. For posts, the preview comes for approval first, and only then does the post go online. If an order is declined or withdrawn, you are refunded in full.
Één factuur, niet twaalf
creatordeal issues the invoice — even if you book ten creators in one campaign. Creator prices are net; VAT follows your billing address, and with a valid VAT ID reverse charge applies. The service fee is added to the work; the rates are on the pricing page.

Wat kost het om een influencer te boeken?
The creator sets the price, and it is shown on the package. On top come the creatordeal service fee and VAT based on your billing address. There is no basic fee and no subscription; the current rates are on the pricing page.
Hoe snel krijg ik antwoord?
Every request runs with a response deadline. If the creator does not reply, it expires by itself and costs you nothing. How quickly someone usually replies is shown on their profile.
Kan ik UGC-content kopen zonder dat er iets gepubliceerd wordt?
Yes. UGC packages deliver videos or photos for your own use; the creator posts nothing. What you may use the material for, and for how long, you set in the brief under usage rights.
Wanneer wordt er afgeschreven?
Only after the creator has accepted. The amount is then held by creatordeal until you have approved the delivery. If you do not respond, the delivery counts as approved after an approval period.
Wat als de levering niet klopt?
You can request a revision — the number is limited so it never runs on endlessly — or report a problem. The operator then looks at the brief, the chat and the delivery and decides. Until then the money stays with us.
Kan ik meerdere creators tegelijk boeken?
Yes, as a campaign. You see all bookings in one overview with the status for each creator and get a single invoice for the whole thing. Listings can be settled as one combined payment.
Krijg ik een factuur uit Europa?
Yes. The invoice is issued by creatordeal, based in Austria. For a company from another EU country with a valid VAT ID, reverse charge is applied; the number is verified.
