Not every booking needs a post. With UGC you get videos and photos for your own use in ads, in your shop or in your newsletter; the creator publishes nothing on their channel. The scope of that use is set out in the brief and paid for with it.

You describe the work, preferred date, usage rights and product samples in one form. What it says there is the agreed work — approval is measured against it later, and that is what the operator looks at if there is a dispute. Questions run in the order chat and stay part of the file.

If no package fits, you request a custom quote from any creator: you describe what you need, the creator names a price and a description of the work. A counter-offer can also come back on a package. If you accept, the line items become the subject of the contract.

Instead of asking one by one, you post your campaign as an listing: the work, the brief, a price or price range and the audience. Suitable creators apply, you compare and award. On an listing with a fixed price, the order goes to whoever accepts first.

Payment is only taken once the creator has accepted. The amount is held by creatordeal until you have approved the delivery. For posts, the preview comes for approval first, and only then does the post go online. If an order is declined or withdrawn, you are refunded in full.

creatordeal issues the invoice — even if you book ten creators in one campaign. Creator prices are net; VAT follows your billing address, and with a valid VAT ID reverse charge applies. The service fee is added to the work; the rates are on the pricing page.

인플루언서 섭외 비용은 얼마인가요?
The creator sets the price, and it is shown on the package. On top come the creatordeal service fee and VAT based on your billing address. There is no basic fee and no subscription; the current rates are on the pricing page.
답변은 얼마나 빨리 오나요?
Every request runs with a response deadline. If the creator does not reply, it expires by itself and costs you nothing. How quickly someone usually replies is shown on their profile.
아무것도 게시하지 않고 UGC 콘텐츠를 살 수 있나요?
Yes. UGC packages deliver videos or photos for your own use; the creator posts nothing. What you may use the material for, and for how long, you set in the brief under usage rights.
결제는 언제 이루어지나요?
Only after the creator has accepted. The amount is then held by creatordeal until you have approved the delivery. If you do not respond, the delivery counts as approved after an approval period.
결과물이 맞지 않으면 어떻게 되나요?
You can request a revision — the number is limited so it never runs on endlessly — or report a problem. The operator then looks at the brief, the chat and the delivery and decides. Until then the money stays with us.

Yes, as a campaign. You see all bookings in one overview with the status for each creator and get a single invoice for the whole thing. Listings can be settled as one combined payment.
유럽에서 발행한 청구서를 받나요?
Yes. The invoice is issued by creatordeal, based in Austria. For a company from another EU country with a valid VAT ID, reverse charge is applied; the number is verified.
