The search knows four follower tiers: nano below 1,000, micro from 1,000 to 10,000, mid from 10,000 to 100,000 and macro above that. You can select several tiers at once; the range then covers everything you have selected. That narrows the list before you open a single profile.

Small channels often have the more attentive viewers, which is why you can also filter by engagement rate. The figures come from what the creators state about their channels and stand openly on the profile — together with views and reach, so that you can weigh the two against each other.

The profile shows where the audience comes from, how old it is and how it splits by gender. In the search you can narrow by those and set the share from which an audience counts as predominant. That points you to the channel whose viewers suit your product rather than the one with the biggest number.
