As soon as a channel is no longer purely private — paid collaborations, affiliate links, products of your own — it is being used commercially. For commercial appearances the rules in Europe usually require the provider to name itself and to be easy to reach. The common rule of thumb is that the details should be reachable from the bio in a few clicks.
